2002 - Burisma was founded in 2002 by Mykola Zlochevsky, an ally of the former pro-russian Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.

2012 - Ukrainian prosecutor general begins investigating Mykola Zlochevsky, owner of the natural gas company Burisma Holdings, over allegations of money laundering, tax evasion, and corruption.

2014, February 13-18 - Ukranian revolution ousts pro-russian President Viktor Yanukovych. [wikipedia]

2014, April - Hunter Biden joins the board of Burisma Holdings.

2015, February 10 - Viktor Mykolayovych Shokin becomes the Ukraine prosecutor general and inherits the Burisma investigation. He was later accused of blocking major cases against allies and influential figures and hindering the fight against corruption in Ukraine.

2015, December - Joe Biden visits Ukraine and threatens to withold $1 billion in loan guarantees because Shokin was not doing enough to investigate corruption, and had allowed the investigation of Zlochevsky and Burisma to become dormant. [wikipedia]

2016, March 29 - Shokin was formally dismissed in a Ukraine parliamentary vote.

2018, April 20 - Rudy Giuliani joins Trumps legal team to help fight Mueller's FBI investigation. [CNN]

2018, December - According to Lev Parnas, Congressman Devin Nunes meets with Viktor Shokin in Vienna in an attempt to dig up dirt on Biden.

2019, January 25 - Former Ukranian president Viktor Yanukovych was found guilty of treason for attempting to crush the 2014 pro-western demonstrations that eventually toppled his government. He was also found guilty of asking Vladimir Putin to invade Ukraine after he had fled the country. Yanukovych was sentenced to 13 years in absentia because he now lives in Russia. Paul J. 2019, May 2019 - Secretary Rick Perry, U.S. special envoy Kurt Volker and Gordon Sondland, the three amigos, visit Ukraine to attend the inauguration of the new president Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

2019, June 18 - Fiona Hill had what she described as a “blow up” with Sondland after she challenged him to explain why the E.U. ambassador was meddling in the affairs of a country that is not part of his portfolio. 2019, June-July - Trump freezes $391M in funds to the Ukraine from the State Department and the Department of Defense. The funds had been approved by Congress to help Ukraine defend itself from Russia. [NBC]

2019, July 25 - Trump speaks with Ukraine President Zelensky by phone. After discussing the assistance for the Ukraine, Trump says "I do have a favor though." and asks Zelensky to investigate Crowdstrike and Biden. [transcript on Fox]

2019, July 26 - Gordon Sondland spoke to Trump on the phone from the restaurant SOH in Kyiv. Sondland informed Trump that Zelensky was willing to announce an investigation. Sondland also discussed efforts to efforts to free the American rapper A$AP Rocky from a Swedish jail at the request of Kim Kardashian. 2019, August 12 - An anonymous CIA analyst files a whistleblower complaint about the phone call on July 25, 2019 and other efforts by Trump to pressure Ukraine to announce an investigation of Biden.
